Chief Ifeanyi Boniface Ochonogor is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Concept Group, as well as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Rosabon Financial Services Limited. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Through his professional career, he has held many managerial positions: he has been an Accountant at Canada Life Assurance of England, UAC of Nigeria and Bata Nigeria Ltd; he was also Assistant General Manager (Finance) at National Electric Power Authority (NEPA), and Head of Finance, Cadbury Nigeria Ltd. Currently, he is also on the Board of Directors of other well established companies, which include Abbey Building Society, Gaslink Nigeria Ltd, Paymaster Ltd and STB Ghana.

Chukwuma is an Accounting and Finance graduate of the University of Leeds, England and a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He has held various management positions in some reputable organisation both in England and Nigeria. These include State Street Investment & Trust Bank, Fagan & company chartered accountants and Delbau & company chartered accountants. Experienced in Organisational Redesign, Strategic Marketing Management, Business Planning, Investment management, New Product Development, Brand Management, Market Intelligence, Channel and Pricing Strategy, Competitor Analysis and Performance Measurement Strategy, Chukwuma is Chief Operating Officer and he presently has hands-on management for the Concept Group with a clear focus to steer it to becoming a world-class organisation.

Ikpeminogena is a graduate of Economics from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), as well as a member and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Ikpeminogena has an extensive working experience with UAC Nigeria plc where he served in various capacities as Financial Accounts Controller, Wages and Salaries Manager and Auditor. He also worked in Crown wealth Assets Management as Head, Accounts & Finance before joining the Concept Group.

He has over 10 years experience in IT solutions as well as Telecommunication networks, with an MSc in Telecommunication & Information Systems from the University of Essex, UK. His experience as an IT solutions specialist in Network infrastructure, Software Development and Next Generation Networks has seen him deploy solutions that have ensured visible and enduring change in a number of organisations. He has worked with Daily Times Nig. as Head of IT. Whilst the Assistant Manager IT&S, at Afribank, he was also directly involved in a number of projects, including implementing the migration from Globus G13 to Temenos T24 banking applications, as well as the development of the reporting scheme on Globus for the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (EFCC) on Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR). He is the Chief Technical Officer for the Concept Group.

Sylvia is a graduate of Mass Communications (Diploma and BSc) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has a certificate in Sales and Marketing from the Federal College of Education, Lagos. She has also attended various courses, including "Building and sustaining a successful business”, and an Entrepreneur Management course in Supply Chain Management from the Pan African University. She has 8 years cognate experience and has served at various capacities in different organisations: Lintas Lowe, Chevron Texaco, V-Mobile Nigeria (now Airtel), Rail Ad Outdoor Services Ltd, Cybernetics International Services Ltd., and Unotelos Ltd as a Business Development Manager before joining Concept Nova. She is currently Unit Head in our Business Development team.
